What are we living for?

That question  was asked by one of my friends when were 20 years old.The other  friend responded: There  are three things  which we are living for.They are 1.Money 2.To have a Spouse 3.To have a shelter The other  one said we also live for 1.Love  2.Peace  3.Clothes 4.Job I also made an input. I said all what you have said is Right. Money is Central to everything. Your Spouse will demand  money. In this Century  clothes and even Peace need money 

Why do we need Big Spenders?

The so called  rich countries have Big Spenders in all the fields.These People become automatically millionaires and billionaires and create many job opportunities. Which Products do the Big Spenders like? Buying and Selling in 1.Bulk clothes  2.Bulk vegetables  3.Bulk fruits 4.Bulk Hardwares 5.Bulk electric  equipments 1.Bulk Clothes  They hire the dressmakers starting from 2 and increase their numbers up to 24 at the end of the month while selling to Direct markets 2.Bulk Vegetables & Fruits Place the sellers in every corner. Each Seller  must sell 20 cranes in one month. 3.Bulk Hardwares  This should be a 2 to 5 year project where you buy bit by bit and make a collection of Doors, Window frames, Roof materials and compare the market prices after 2 to 5 years and sell with a lesser price at the same time making a profit. 4.Bulk Electric Equipments  Buy and store them in your garage. After 6 months you may increase your selling price but less...

Consumer expectations

Luckily,in this month of  August  2024, Gasoline  prices were lowered.It is too early to rejoice. What else which can  make the  Consumer  happy? 1.Food Prices stability  2.Public transport  price stability not increasing. 3.Inflation  decreasing or increasing  with 1% 4.Decreasing  electricity  per tariff 5.Decreasing  of Residential  rates What about the poor of the poorest? 1.This group wishes that the Municipal Services and Electricity  be written off. 2.Inflation to be between 0-2% 3.Decrease or Free Transport 4.Free  Food. 5.Give any Job What about the Middle class? 1.Lowering Gasoline monthly. 2.Lowering  Food costs  3.Lowering  inflation  4.Decreasing  of electricity  5.Decreasing  of Residential  Rates  What  about the Professionals  1.Salary  increase  with 10% or above  the inflation 2.Better working conditions 3.Medical Aids ta...

Consumer Life

Lets come  to the mother  earth where we find price hikes monthly.These prices  are driven by many factors  such as: Costs of Production which includes: -Diesel -Labour -Capital -Renting How is the Production calculated? The Production  Costs are bought in bulk and subtract the Expenditure which is termed a profit. There  are daily  expenditure  like Diesel, Electricity. What must you do? 1.Compare prices Whatever you buy write it down so that you can compare in future. 2.Buy in bulk It is cheap like drinks especially  the items which are free from refrigeration.  3.Check also  the expiry  dates. 4.Buy from the stores which store fresh food. 5.The environment  where the products are kept must be clean.

Survival of the fittest

Our Life and economy can be easily compared  to the Survival  of the fittest. We are living in the difficult times. There are People who live easier. Why is it about money? My answer is not about money. It is about PLANNING. 1.How do you Plan daily? I mean your  1.Eating habits 2.Exercise/Movements  3.Transport  4.Visits 2.How do plan  Weekly? 1.Weekly Job 2.Weekly working hours 3.Week Entertainment 3.Monthly Planning How  did you budget? Do you have "surplus" money? Do you cater for  emergencies? In order to have a way forward you must have your own log  book which you can record all your events. At the end of the month  you could see, your wasteful expenditure  and learn from that.

From Individual to Country Difference

I have tried to compate the individual  achievements from early age, to school level,individual achievements,country development   gave me the stark differences.What I have  uncovered  that the actual the developmental growth  starts  from 0 to 5 years. At 0 age if the  mother is abused  emotionally  and physically  the baby will have  some defects  physically  or mentality. To simplify  what I mean is, a person who grew under love ,care with  or without money is likely to succeed in life whether he/she grew in single or both or adopted parents. At the same time a child who grew hard no Love,that child will  struggle  in Life and perhaps if he/she works very hard that  child may achieve late his/her dreams. Since  this blog is under Economics or our economic behaviout especially  to the individually  answers the question why some are struggling and others  are cruising...

There are  3 possible responses. Yes I do. Yes but I fail. No I spend limitless. There  are crtain factors which  you must not ignore. 1.Your Income. 2.Your Partner's Income. 3.The Extra Income. What do you do when 1.Your expenditure  surpasses  your income. 2.You keep on borrowing. 3.You keep on lending. 4.You become generous with  your money. What  are your priorities  when you get money? 1.What do you think are the  immediate  financial needs? 2.When  do you pay  your debts? Do you grade your  debts? Municipal Amenities,Electricity 3.What are "other debts like  Credit Cash  Cards? Most important: 1.You must be able to live  with your money.2.At least 10% amount must remain until at the  end of the month
